Probably been tough on "THE COACH" as anyone as of late, but that is my problem as just thought wins were what it was all about and know better as I to, have been following the Vols since the days of Wyatt in the early 60's....was young but do remember...Coach is a class act and it really bothers me to see anyone lose what they love to do and now I feel as if we have taken away something from him although, this is a huge business but that to, is a shame...we have forgotten what the sport is all about...today's society is what have you done for me lately, true....coach, you have done a lot for UT and yes, you still are a "TENNESSEE BOY".......now you shade tree critics, make fun of this post as you will....

Hudson is an unbelievable shooter....much better than Curry at Davidson and that is saying something....just doesn't have enough supporting cast....

Ditto on most of the previous posts....Coach will assure of losing the next 2 games if Crompton remains as qb...you know it is a shame that if he cared enough about the future of UT football, that he would go ahead and start BJ, but I guess he feels he isn't going to be there, so Jonathan will not get another shot at starting...he is right, he will be down the depth chart as far as qb's go...and he probably could have been a good qb if the right qb coach had taken him and worked with him...has all the physical tools...

Say what you want Vol recruiters for a head coach, but the guy you need to completely spend the bucks on is Bob Stoops...been in the SEC hasn't he??? What's the problem...not enough $$$...give me a break, name hasn't even been mentioned....If you are going for it, then go for it....

Definitely want an experienced coach, I mean one with over 5 yrs as head coach, not a Muschamp, who has never been there, if you are going to go in that direction, just all Trooper Taylor at Ok State...who knows better than he about UT....which I don't think that would be wise either...Leach may be a little older than the program needs...Gruden would be great if UT can pull him away from the Bucs, which I doubt..not an easy decision, but Peterson at Boise is an interesting canidate...

Have I missed out on the suspension of Gerald Williams for pulling a Mike Tyson on Moreno?? What is it going to be 1 game or 2 or nothing....probably nothing...just what you'd think the way you have gotten discipline off the field but not on the field now...

WHY MAKE EXCUSES, THE TEAM IS MOVING BACKWARDS, NOT FORWARD AND ANY LOYAL UT FAN WILL FACE THE MUSIC, THE PROGRAM NEEDS NEW LIFE....PLEASE RE-EVALUATE THE SITUATION, AND THE PROBLEM IS NOT DAVE CLAWSON....PHIL, TURN HIM LOSE, LET HIM COACH, OH I FORGOT, HE WAS A HEAD COACH AT ONE TIME, NOW I SEE THE PROBLEM....READ BETWEEN THE LINES.....

Give me a break!!!!!!!!! Think about it...how many high school qb's that are rated 5 stars or 4 stars don't make it big at the ncaa level...probably quite a few, don't you think...Obviously, Mr. Boyd came across a tad off beat when he had his discussion with coach Kiffin...If he had any aspirations of going to the next level as qb, he would have been jumping at a chance to play for a coach that has been at the NFL level...not a great loss....
