Does anybody know why Ryan Childress isnt playing? Since he had the flu, he hasnt played at all???

You dont know how many times this year I have watched the Vols and had to turn off the sound as the announcers were so biased aganist UT. ESPN also made me sick.
What are you guys talkin about "Peyton Thing"???

The "Turkeys" on ESPN and CBS make me sick. You know how many times I have to watch Vol games with no sound??? Aslo, last Sunday the ESPN announcer on SportCenter was giving his top 5 games of the weekend and the UT/Memphis was #2. HE had the Kent State/St Marys game #1. After all the ESPN hype that the UT /Memphis game was the "Game of the Year". They all make me sick!! GO VOLS!

Now that the Irish has signed a top prospect QB, when will Jimmy Clausen be transferring to UT??? :)
See, top prospects in recuiting classes dont always turn out. Its what the school and coaching staff does with the raw talent that proves out in the end. Now if UT can just throw the ball down the field vertically!!!!

It was great watching the Vols get some revenge on the Buckeyes. Living in Ohio makes it tuff I they would of loss. I am getting very tired of the announcers ripping Tennessee (Football and Basketball) when they are on a major network. Just a few examples Vs Penn State(last yrs Outback) its Todd Blackledge this weekends game with OSU is Clark Kellog. The statement one of them made at the end of the game saying this game didnt make up for San Antione last year was uncalled for.

Tell me if I'm wrong. I have been on UT Sports since 1968. In the past few years I get so frustrated with the Fulmer Staff not letting the team play. They get a lead and then go in a shell to try to protect! Why not keep the killer attitude that they have in the 1st half and continue in the second?? It gets frustrating to be leading 28-7 at half time and end up winning 31-28 or 51-50 in OT!! And a final thought- throw the ball downfield. Enough with the lateral and swing passes. If you have a top recruited QB then use him. Just quit being afraid!!

I agree that you can't dis Lofton for anything. Nobody is perfect and he had his bad times but the GOOD out weighed the bad by a large percentage. Chris is a great player and great person. Hope he has a great future in whatever he wants to do.
One final thought as I watched replay of Louisville game last night... why was Steven Pearl in the game?? Where was Childress, Williams or Tabb? Was this just CBP gettin his sons name into the boxscore? He made some critical mistakes that could of gotten the Vols even at that time! I just didnt understand that move as well as the point guard thing. I always heard "You dance with the ones that brought you". Howell? R Smith?
