I'm no attorney but my defense would be "I didn't fail the first test why should I have to take another one".
I dont think we will need the punter til the Auburn game anyway, so hopefully we can make it by with out him for the last two games of his suspension.

Your right, i missed that he was caught in his vehicle not on foot. So he did truely hit and run, and it was not a parking incident. But the other thing i saw was "he performed poorly" on the field sobriety test not FAILED. My guess is he beats the DUI rap and is back for the auburn game....
