wow you guys are so cool for making disparaging remarks about a college kid whos had a tougher life than most of you could imagine. some people on here are pathetic. guess what, these kids arnt you property, they dont play for you, and they dont owe you anything. hes screwed up a lot, sure, but seriously in the 2 years since this has happened he hasnt been in trouble. do you actually know the guy? no, you just sit there at your computer thinking u know everything about everyone bc you read it in a newspaper.

and no im not condoning it hes an idiot for doing what hes done, but still you guys are talking s*** about a kid on a message board...seriously?

since it was 2007 and its almost 2009 i think the math adds up to almost 2 years ago...but i see what youre saying. even if he was "trying" to stay out of trouble since hes been back, the bottom line is that he has. im not condoning it but im sick of people just attacking players chill out.

i never said he got a free pass, i never said he should get off light. all i was saying is that this was before he got his act together and turned his s*** around. he hasnt been in any trouble with the team since. most of us just sit back and read things wihtout knowing any details. we read and then vent, so before i pass judgement i want to know everything. thats all. i think he'll get the boot, just sad to see it.

cmon guys he wasnt even on the team let alone living in the state. D-Mo has done a lot to get himself back in to good standing and from what i understand it was prior to his move back to knoxville. incidents in the PAST shouldnt effect his standing with the team. for all you people saying too many chances, get real he wasnt part of the team or university in ANY way. It was prior to him straightening out his life.

On Boyd pulls commitment to UT

Posted on December 3 at 5:54 p.m.

Off topic but apparently Lane Kiffin told Tajh Boyd we are not going to honor his commitment and I guess we backed off of him and he is no longer ours. I hope weve got something up our sleeve on this one.

I hope we have a receiving corp that consists of marlon brown ahmad paige je'ron stokes denarius and brandon warren and not allow austin rogers to set foot on the field he has absolutely no business playing for us.

On Prospect Brown likes visit with Kiffin

Posted on December 1 at 2:59 p.m.

gator, kiffin said he had no interest in the NFL with his young family. Not sure if thats being politically correct or what not, but he did say it. Ive endorsed kiffin from they he was fired in Oakland. I think its the right hire and in no way was his tenure in Oakland a representation of his coaching ability. I dare anyone to try and coach that team with Al Davis.

Were moving in the right direction. GO VOLS

On Kiffin introduced as UT coach; will make $2 million in 2009
