Being upset when your team does anything wrong and talking smack when your team hits the long ball is what makes a fan a fan. Frankly I enjoy being spoiled by the NC won 10 years ago and want another very badly just like all the other posters, complainers and non-complainers alike. I will never be satisfied with 3 or 4 losses a year and I hope our fans are not satisfied with that either. I know our coaches arent. Nothing short of playing for the SEC title and in the hunt for the NC, as well as winning both occasionally, will satisfy my BIG ORANGE HUNGER. Phil and the Chief have had some tough times recently and with that comes the criticism. If we all sat back and never complained and just kept saying its OK wait til next year it would be much to boring. So I say GO VOLS and give the coaches what they earn. Praise for the good job and criticism for the poor job.
As far as the class goes, for the most part, stars dont mean anything except when you get them in bunches and then there is no doubt you have at least 1 game changer. We should be OK if we get back on track with a good class next year. Welcome to Big Orange Country class of 08!!

On Fulmer: UT 'didn't blink'

Coach Cal is saying the right things for the right reasons. He wants to build up his competition to make his team look better IF they beat them or when they lose. These memphis posters seem to come out of the woodwork when memphis is doing well but are nowhere to be seen when they do poorly. Just be respectable when you talk smack on here so you have the chance to get respectable smack talked back. we all know memphis is good but we also ALL know our team is capable of beating anyone, anywhere, anytime. You know that too. lets see how the game plays out and then talk some fun and respectable smack. heres the really fun thing. We will probably see you again in the dance, which will not provide the home cooking you will receive in BBQ village. Vols by 3 in a mild upset.

On Pearl: Avoid foul behavior

I think JP said something that got him the T, not just jumping up at Lurch the way he did. JP shoudnt have been on the floor anyway. He has a really good inside game but playing inside means you get fouled and he cant seem to throw a BB in a swimming pool. Would much rather see others. of course all the fouls had something to do with it I guess. refs need to get out of the game. That ref should have given himself a T. Looked like he wanted to fight. Terrible frequent whistle. Thought Williams played pretty good but cant handle a big man with quickness. I think he will be real good if they can improve his speed and footwork. great Win and looking forward to paying back little blue and the BBQ boys.
