It is the right thing, all things come to an end eventually. Best of luck to Coach for a lot of good years at UT. Hamilton needs to put himself on a plane right after the press conference and go see Mike Leach and get that guy to Knoxville.

When I look at Crompton all I see is a 5 lb. canned ham sitting on top of his shoulders with a Tennessee helmet on it. This guy is a total meathead and Fulmer is a bigger one if he doesn't give the team the chance to win with another QB. Crompton is a big dumb jock.

After watching W. Va last night..if Gerald Jones can throw the ball, he was a HS QB right ?, let him give Crompton a run at QB. This guy is a threat to pull the ball down and run for big yards if he can't find a receiver. Hopefully, the new OC will figure out that the hot teams in college seem to have abandoned the drop back pocket passers who can't run. AKA Crompton.

I am tired of all the media hype regarding Georgia, that they are playing better than anyone in the country right now, they should be in the SEC championship game, etc. We play them again and we win again, our running game is equal to theirs, our passing game is much beter than theirs, our kicking game is better and our defense is equal. They are not going to Atlanta because they LOST to us, period over and out. Get over it everybody, just like the Gators, they will be home watching the game on TV. Go Vols.

I bet the folks who lost loved ones in those two tragedies might not agree.. Nick Satan is alive and well. We don't have it all that bad.

Vols win big this Saturday, I can feel it ! You can say that we squeeked by South Carolina and Vandy, which is true. But you could also think we are meant to win the East this year, then get our shot at LSU. With all the upsets going on, the media should not be so quick to pencil LSU into the National Championship game. The freshmen seem to be getting into a rythm at the right time, just need Ainge to get the ball to the receivers and play solid defense.
