One word: bust! Hamilton missed the mark on tnis one. What I don't like is that this team got WORSE as the season went on, not better. He has LITTLE leadership ability. Let's cut our losses now and look for another coach.

volroadwarrier, so going to a BCS bowl is a bad suggestion?? CPF can fix the problem by fielding a BCS type team, football has always ruled at UT and we will live a die by it financially. Not going to any significant bowl games is without argument hurting the revenue side as expenses go up. Negative Nellies? get in the real world, son!

All this talk about lack of All-Americans is BS. DO you think Chris Lofton should have been a 5-Star or All-American? The answer is yes! This is good example of the recruiting services missing on a player.

Vol13, Summitt was billiant back when... and not brilliant now? You are by far the dumbest person that has ever posted on this site!! Given the amount of parity today in Women's basketball, Summitt is probably more brilliant now. She won the NC last year and is in the Final 4. What more are you looking for you idiot!!!

I think CPF had something to do with the loss? We started playing poor when spring football practice came around.
I hate teams that have players who quit during games and after preparing and playing 35 games, you would think the fire would be there, but as one poster commented, we were beat from the beginning.

He plays for our local high school and is a good athlete. Davie High played against Vreen's high school and held Vreen to less than 100 yards in 2006....only team to do so. This kid is really a true corner but his league does not pass often. Comes from a good family though.

Looking for TouchdownTN, he is out of town on business but reading every post. He has sent John Adams a dozen red roses as a late Valentine present. Both Touchdown and myself have been quiet lately. The actions of the so called student athletes and CPF speak for themselves. I see the orange kool-aid drinkers are out again..totally blind to the facts.
I have to make my VASF payment by March 1, 2008 and debating it. This is the first time in 17 years that I'm hesitating. I already have hotel reservations for the O & W game so will attend that one. Having lived outside the state since 1990s, I'm getting more phone calls and emails about how big of a JOKE our FB program has become. That is not my line but from people from California, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana and North Carolina.
Keep drinking the Kool-aid, ol CPF will work like heck to get better.
