I’m sure that many of you know of personnel at work or in school who do well in training or the classroom or practice but can’t perform to the same level when the stakes are for real. It is natural to initially root for that them, help them, give them extra time and training, give them extra chances, only to see them fall short repeatedly. Eventually they are either terminated, or given lesser responsibilities within the organization. They will never be the leaders.

It is time for Vols coaching to try another quarterback.
