We haven't had a really good program since John Ward retired. Coincidence?
I think the real problem is that while Fulmer hasn't gotten any worse, the other programs around the country have elevated their programs, especially in the SEC. This doesn't bode well for the future without some major changes to our program. I think it's time for new blood.
Also, I notice we don't look nearly as strong as our opponents and haven't for a few years now. They seem to throw us around like rag dolls. Maybe we are doing too much ballet and not enough iron in the strength training area. Of course a new man at the top would likely bring his own guy in for that as well.

qwerty6969, I am right there with you on our strength program. Our tean has been manhandled many times and been injury prone since Stucky has been gone. That is one coaching position that needs a change in the worst way.
