Glad both Candace and Shannon are coming to LA. As I live just 5 miles south of LAX I'll get to see them out here.

I live in Southern California. I was so excited before when I realized that Tennessee was going to play UCLA in the Rose Bowl on 6 Sep this year. When I told my wife we would be going to the game, she told me, "I have always wanted to spend my 50th wedding anniversary (literally the 6th of Sep) at a football game." Oops.

Moving the game has saved my marriage. Thank you ESPN, and thank you Tennessee.

Incidentally, we saw Peyton Manning make his debut vs UCLA his freshman year. He almost pulled it out.

Had the pleasure to see three games last weekend, two of which she pitched. Very impressive. There was a great turnout of Vol fans- I would guess as many as 50 in good support.

I plan to be in Cathedral City next month to see the Lady Vols sweep the field. I enjoyed seeing them last year at the same tournament. They are exciting to watch.

A good turnout last night. I would estimate that there were at least 200 people there in orange and very supportive. Refs were "travelling call" happy and called fouls against TN when the UCLA players were mauling them.
