Starting in the elite 8, ex-Lady Vol Kara Lawson as an ESPN analyst picked Texas A&M, LSU, and Stanford over the Big Orange. Brilliant move to torque off this exceptional BB team. I hope she doesn't lose her day job. She sucks at her night job!

Thanks to Sade Wiley-Gatewood quitting to go to Maryland, Lindsay Moss quitting to go to Georgia, and Sybil Dosty quitting to go to Arizona which allowed Pat to jetison selfish pouty players and reload with selfless classy athletic ladies like Shannon,Alberta, Vicki, Angie, and Sydney. Gosh, I hope they saw the game on a big screen TV. They won't see a national championship in their college career at those schools. Thank goodness they left and we have 2.

Adams probably said trash the Vols for beating the Gaturds 2 out of 3. Adams sucks, so does the KNS. I wish some rich republican would buy the paper and would bring their right wing lies into Knoxville to try and hook a few more mindless sheep. Oops, the KNS is a fascist newspaper with idiots like Adams as sports editor writing out of touch editorials that many are disgusted by! This paper hates the Vols and is full of cowards. Don't buy this paper or do business with any of their advertisers!

Lets take a look at a few observations while I shed a tear for our students. Do you like to watch track, baseball, swimming, tennis, golf,Lady Vol softball, soccer etc? Guess what, they don't pay their way! Football s the machine that has paid the bills for every sport at UT for many years. Fortunately, with great players and coaches in men's and women's basketball we have winning profitable teams. I have been chuckling at the fans screaming to pay Bruce Pearl a Brinks truck of money to keep him. Guess what, you are going to pay for it. Those of you screaming for better facilities for better recruits, as an example Pratt Pavilion, you are going to pay for it. Go charter a jet today to fly your teams around. You are going to pay for it. You want new restrooms in Neyland? Do you get the picture. For all you wizards out there that want someone else to pay your way, you aren't going to make it in the real world. As Adam Smith stated, "there is no free lunch." Do any of you realize that every school in the SEC except 3 including Tennessee do not get any state funding for athletics. Ever wondered why Tennessee had such a large stadium in football and basketball compared to other universities. Cash flow paying the bills. The money/arms race in college athletics is frightening. Crying about $90.0 for 7 games is pathetic. Four of our 8 tickets are in F behind the students, a lot of empty seats even in the big games and gets worse after the fashion show is over and the rush to the exits at halftime. Pay your way and support your teams or watch us become an Ole Miss or South Carolina. Thank goodness for many of the heavy hitting donors at UT for shouldering the load or we wouldn't have a program and the students would be paying face value. I am a small fish at only $35,000.00 a year to support the men and women athletes at Tennessee.
