Certainly would be nice having this guy since we lost McDonald to NC. Pearl could certainly sell him on our need for power forwards in next years class. GO VOLS.

Would have loved to have this guy on our team, but (1) you can't have all the great ones, and (2) at least we didn't lose him to Memphis State. Let's move on and keep TN basketball heading in the right direction. GO VOLS!!!

I am certainly no insider to UT's baseball program, nor even to this coach in general, but I would go as far to say that we will know more about his future here come the end of season two.

My gut feeling about this guy is not good. It's a good thing I am not the talent evaluator though, as I would have lost out on the "contributions" Tony Harris gave us a few years back. Who knows...maybe this kid can come in and give us that hard nose attitude we need at point. As Memphis has shown us, the best basketball talent does not translate into community leaders and players like Chris Lofton. GO VOLS!

Best of luck to Chris. Despite hugh numbers, I though he came through when his number was called. Best of all, I thought he conducted himself well as a player at UT. For these things, I wish nothing but the best for Mr. Brown.

In reference to UT's other foes, how we fare depends more on our ability to out coach them and if our "athletic" players buy into Pearl's intensity on the offensive and defensive ends.

You just had to know this would be printed since Spring football practice is over, Rocky Top league has not started yet, and Football is not around the corner.
Just because she is a public figure and is paid via state/university funds doesn't mean we need to print everything that is out there. Now, if this experience had any real negative significance to her role as coach, parent, etc. then I might bye into it, but otherwise, poor taste to even go there.
I am no coach of morals, but somethings should be left alone.

Figures...it would take 1 Lady Vol to stop another one. It's great to see our ladies as the difference makers, win or lose.
