First impressions, I'll say this I think he is honest and committed.

In his Press conference I heard somebody that does have a plan and knows what it takes to winn. I think it will take some time to get the players he needs but I think it will happen.
As for Bichisback and hire sandman, your one sided posts are just an absolute disgrace to any one who is a real VOL-fan!!!!

Down here in FL today there was some talk about Turner Gill becoming HC since Tennessee led the way for black players back in the day. Has any one heard of that? He has done a good job at a very difficult school (Buffalo). Any thoughts.
