Hey tngeoff
Geno & Uconn fans don't consider the season a failure. Lose 2 starters to season ending injuries and still make the final 4 is all that could be expected.

Hey General_Fritter
FYI Univ of Ct is spelled UCONN & not UCON.

I too would like to know if the Uconn investigation is over. I have not seen a creditable source indicate if it is over or not. Many govt. agencies will not comment if an individual is under investigation or not under investigation. That may be the case with the NCAA. Just don't know.

Hey utvol12342000

Hey bigorangevol
I have refuted what you have posted!!! You don't know your math regarding titles.

Hey Bigorangevol
Get your facts straight. You state UT won 8 titles in the same time frame that Uconn won 5. THAT IS NOT CORRECT. UT won #1 in 1987 & #8 in 2008. That is 8 titles in 22 years for UT. Uconn won #1 in 1995 & #5 in 2004. That is 5 titles in a 10 year period for Uconn.
The NCAA has completed its investigation & the case is closed. They found no merit in UT claims.
Bigorange before you shoot off your big mouth I suggest you familarize yourself with the laws regarding slander.

. . . continued . . .
The UConn article, Part II
“I’m very pleased to learn today that the University of Connecticut has been certified by the NCAA following a full review of our entire athletics program, as part of the NCAA’s ongoing, mandatory, certification process,” UConn President Michael Hogan says. “I’m very proud of our athletics administration and coaches, our student-athletes and the many staff members who do so well representing UConn in intercollegiate athletic competition. The NCAA’s certification is a testament to the quality of our program and the principles that we seek to cultivate.”
“The NCAA certification is a testimony to the commitment of our entire University,” added UConn Director of Athletics Jeffrey Hathaway. “The operating principals that the NCAA requires each member school to follow are a priority to our institution and all who are part of the greater University community. I want to publicly thank the many Division staff members, UConn faculty/staff, campus administrators and friends of the University who participated in this important process. I also wish to recognize our student-athletes and coaches who represent the University each and every day. Their passion and dedication has allowed us to be successful academically, athletically and in the development of outstanding leaders in our communities.”
Thank you for "listening" . . . these are the FACTS, as they are known.

Hey yngeoff
If you find Geno annoying that is your problem, not his.
Geno is a great coach & his players think the world of him.
Geno's accomplishments speak for themself.
1. Elected to the Men & Women Basketball Hall of Fame.
2. Current Women Coach of the Year.
3. Vice President & soon to be President of the Women's Basketball Coaches Association.
On UT kept track of UConn's recruiting since 2005
