How on earth can you still be upset with John Adams? He's pretty much been on target with his criticism of both Fulmer and the Vols for the past 5 seasons.

What the heck did we expect? Did we expect the team to show some heart? Did we expect the coaching staff to work for their big paychecks? Did we expect Fulmer to show some class?
I think Vickie Fulmer's smile after the game said it all - what we saw was a "little big man" sticking it to the University that he supposedly loves... and that just paid him $6M for retirement....

Well... either the Vols are really this bad... or Fulmer failed to prepare them to play... either way, this is fault of the coaching staff.
I wish they would have shown Fulmer the door on Monday - and would have brought Majors back as interim coach. That is the "send off" that Fulmer deserves.

You're an idiot - this season and team is Fulmer's - not Hamilton's. Oh yeah, I keep forgetting that in the Philbilly universe, the head coach has zero responsiblity for the results on the field.

Go back to your Jiffy Lube job Philbilly. You can "hang this loss" on Head Football Coach Phil Fulmer... you can hang the other 6 loses on him as well.

Is this some lame defense of Foolmore? Give me a break - the players on the field and the one Fulmer recruited to be there.
This all falls on the Head Coach. Perhaps the team will rally on Phil Foolmore day. Then again, perhaps it won't.

Best wishes to Coach Fulmer. I'll never forget the '99 Fiesta Bowl - it was a magical time. I wish you all the best with your future plans.
Congratulations to the University for making the correct (and courageous) decision.
Now that Fulmer has stepped down – it’s time to retire the IMNOTWITHPHIL ID – and return to being a fan supportive of the team and our new coach’s long road to rebuilding our program.
