SC said the equivalent re: Reaves " ..this is such a big opportunity for him..we wish him well"...doesn't sound like he is going to be just a QB coach.

Come on back Giles and Oku..there is no brighter place to be now than The University of Tennessee, you may as well be a part of the good things that are about to happen here..not to mention the media attention that will be heaped on UT , it's new coaches and players...you will enjoy your time in the arena.

Kiffin is now the new maverick coach in The SEC, Saban etal are now the old guard. He will be out to make a name for himself and woe be unto anyone who gets in his way and any player who is not willing to do what he is told..I betcha there won't be any F-bombs leveled at the two Kiffins or Orgeron...Better get on board players or there is a highway out there..

As far as Fulmer goes, it was sad, he is fine....as far as the program goes, we are entering a more exciting time, greater opportunities for UT to be known as the program we feel it is. Hopefully maybe even no more 3 game seasons where we are reduced to looking forward to "next year" after playing Florida.
Yep, gcscvol, it's all blue sky.

All these veiled statements inferring other schools have come after Fulmer have only come from Fulmer. The Clemson AD would get fried by their fans if he hired a coach whose last year was worse than the coached they just fired. It looks like Fulmer is not even a dot on their radar screen.

They're all a "pig in a poke" when you first get them.
Hamilton - Isn't everyone ultimately more for themselves and their families. Sort of a Darwinian thing.
There ? - Nah, was pretty well a meaningless game, glad PF won, hate to see any Volunteer suffer , but certainly wasn't going to pay homeage to Fulmer.

This wasn't "bad judgment", this was theft, 2 people confronting an apparent stranger and stealing his money. Get rid of the guy.
