Failure for a school to manage their athletes grades result in increasingly severe penalties. Southern lost postseason play in football and basketball. UConn lost two scholarships, and it could have gotten worse, losing practice time and more scholarships. Every school must have in place an culture and program of rules for academic compliance that produce results. For the University of Tennessee to be publicly announcing a program that enhances their student athletes’ potential to succeed is highly laudable. You can take your last century personality disorder and shove it where the sun don't shine. Your ways are part of the problem, not the solution.

First, let me say B.S. Second, that is exactly what I thought: you are not a UT graduate, and the only games you probably attend are the season opener. I bet that happens only once every few years. I've coached enough to know team building works. I've participated in corporate team building and mentoring. Point of finding it easily on the internet, well it is what it it and it's all over the world. And team building works really, really well. For many reasons you obviously choose to ignore. Go up to a previous post of mine and follow the links. Pick a few sites and educate yourself. Team building works in athletics, (The US Olympic Hockey Team does it) actually pretty much any team that's got a coach living in the 21'st century does it. Billion dollar corporations do it. CBJ's got the right idea notfunanymore, and you're just plain wrong.

I forgot to mention my third thought was group viewing of Barney every Monday night. Since you are so knowledgeable of the U.S. Hockey Team and billion dollar corporation's development tactics, I bet you thought Dooley's ceramic dog was an excellent ideal?? Other than what you can find on the internet to post and make yourself look good, you know nothing. Go ahead and take a few minutes to do more internet research. Post those findings as well. I have been known to use the word "delusional", and you are a prime candidate.
