For those of you who may get the wrong idea, the Haslems have nothing to do with the coaching hire. I know he flew down to Knoxville and exited at Pilot's corporate airplane hangar, but it was just a safety precaution due to the mob of 5 star recruits waiting for him at McGhee Tyson.

Alabama hires a head coach with a national championship while working in the NFL. South Carolina hires 2 different guy's with a national championship. Arkansas steals an NFL coach then gets a guy with multiple conference titles in a respected conference. Those hires were when their programs were down mind you. UT gives us a WAC coach with a losing record, and now, a Big East guy with no SEC experience that nobody besides Purdue and Colorado wanted. Not to mention, he was at the business end of Dooley's "signature" win. How much does Hart make? We could certainly free up some money there. Jones would have driven down from Cincy and paid his own gas money and hotel to take this job if we had just ran an ad in the paper. UT doesn't deserve to be mentioned in the elite programs anymore. Heads should roll starting at the very top. Sadly, the fans will have to quit supporting in order to get an administration that values their commitment.

Question: Why would you start believing news articles now? It seems clear people are posting articles/comments just to get people to respond, and people are responding just to get people to post articles... And you (the reader) are the pawn in the middle.
