Please come Scotty. We need you for next year and you could start right away.
Also, congrats to Lofton for all your accomplishments and hope the future is good to you. Thanks for all you have done for this program over the past four years.

Billvol, you're right. We had a chance to show we were a number one seed by winning our tourney and we didn't. Instead Arkansas showed off our biggest flaws for the selection committee: suspect pg play, pathetic post defense, and a coach who is too stubborn to switch up the defense when our post defense is losing the game for us. I hope we can make some adjustments between now and Friday and will cheer like heck for these boys that have worked so hard all year.

This police chief apparently lives on the moon to not know of Colquitt's four prior alcohol related run-ins with the law. He's just trying to cover his rear saying the school shouldn't have let Britton do the speach. Maybe UT thought the DARE program was using Colquitt as a way of showing how to turn your life around after prior mistakes since it had been a while since his last citation/arrest. Regardless of all this, Colquitt should not be on the team anymore. Phil is so inconsistent with his punishment its ridiculous.

I'd love to see any of these three in orange next season. Hopefully the weekend goes well and we can finish strong with a couple or all of these three.

How bout tickets in the lower dome of Fedex Forum going for three grand? Thats almost as ridiculous as the absurd number of posts for this article.

What Tennessee fan, let alone the #1 fan, would not wear orange to a UT football game? Lost a lot of respect for him that day. I don't mind him playing in Gainesville because he has to make a living of coure. However, he seemed pretty comfortable in that Gators helmet, and what Tennessee fan would ever be caught dead wearing anything Florida related?

TNGEOFF and GRVOL, Apparently you two don't know much about our other o-line commitments: Bailey from Nashville, which is in TN; Anderson, whose uncle Charlie played for UT and grew up a big UT fan; and a player who may end up on the o-line, Aaron Douglass from Maryville, which is also in TN. This year we have a very limited number of scholarships so we can't hand them out to everyone.

In my opinion, there's got to be something wrong with you if you grow up in ET, are offered by the vols to play football, and don't commit on the spot. If he goes somewhere else, then good riddance. When Harrison Smith had that long drawn out recruitment, I hoped he wouldn't pick UT because he was a Knoxvillian who wasn't passionate about the vols.
