I would say hopson, because i have seen the boy play. He has a raw God given talent that i have not seen from some one his age. He has a vertical leap that is unreal. Yes he will have a bit of a growing to do in maturity, but he has a point to prove too. Maze is also a good impact too, because he is older, but hopson is AWESOME!

Letting me give you an example of a young basketball talent, who stock has dropped. Cordell Passley, verbally committed to Tennessee either his freshman or sophomore year, well now he is a senior, and were did he sign, some small school in Indiana. I thought he was suppose to be the next if not better than Damon Bailey several years ago.
If Billy G. is doing this to save his career, why isn't Philip Fulmer doing the same?

I said this once and i will say it again, we do not need Hood. I don't know why he is ranked so high. I am not a betting man, but i would bet the house that his ranking will drop this year. He has a new H.S. coach, which should help him, but no help on the team. Glad this article didn't mention he turned down Duke over UK, because Duke never offered him a scholarship.
As far as recruiting 8th graders, there have only been 3 top 8th graders that i know of that have been worth offering a scholarship, Indiana's Damon Bailey, LeBron James, and O.J. Mayo.
It is sad to see a coach grasping for straws to save his career. I love it though, i have something to joke about with all these UK fans and what is worst, they are even making jokes about it.

I can't wait until 2 years from now, and we will be saying, Jon who? Duke pulled out of offering him a scholarship, i read it on the net.If Duke did offer him a scholarship, he would have taken it. Trust me on that one. Hood's dad said last month that he was going to make his decision in october, then why the change? Hood lost ground with Duke and was losing ground with UT. Don't fret on Hood going to UK, trustme.
As for getting Maze. Yeah, he seems to have the look of an attitude, but is it just me or does Bruce Pearl know how to control these guys with this problem!

Hey iamallvol, have you seen Jon Hood play? Trust me, we don't need him at Tennessee. All the local UK fans was hoping Hood would go to UT, now they are upset he is going to UK. I am from the same area that Hood is, and trust me when i say this, Hood and his father lost interest in UT when Hopson made his announcement. Also, let me make a prediction, Hood's stock will drop. He is not superstar material, just average college player. Hood had a lot of pressure from his family about going to UK. Seriously Vol fans, we are not loosing anything with him going to UK.

Yeah i thought this was funny, UT has several planes or atleast one they can use. UK never had one of it's own, BUT a basketball booster in my area has always allowed them to use his private jet, but recently he put it up for sale and then UK is now "leasing" one.

Well to be honest, Billy G can have Jon Hood, trust me, i have seen him play. I don't think he will be able to play our style of ball anyway.

Well, well the first game i got to see him play, he was ejected out (1st half)because of his attitude. He is known in this area for having an attitude and there is nothing wrong with that, just don't let it over take the team. But i think bruce can fix it. Rumors were going around about his attitude so the school tried to dismiss that in my opinion. After all, they are a private school trying to get better players and students in the future.

i think it should be the other way around. bruce get the 2.4 and fulmer get the 1.6, after all bruce has a better chance at winning a championship than fulmer, and who cares if we lose fulmer.
On Fulmer gets raise to $2.4 million; Pearl to $1.6 million
