Why do so many people on here equate money with respect? If Pat Head isn't the highest paid coach does that really mean that she isn't being respected? U-Conn's women's team generates more revenue. I hope that everyone that is saying that Pat should get a raise would also be o.k. with an increase in ticket prices to help pay for that raise.

Is this really news? We were talking about "Committment" as far back as May 13th on our MySpace Tennessee Basketball fan page.

Chiklress is a teammate of Reynaldo (Renaldo Woolridge). Heck, I think ever Mr. Jurick spells his first name with only one "l" (Philip), and they got that one wrong, too.

It looks like 1st-Tenn got ripped if they got the 6th pick and then didn't pick again until 17th. Shouldn't they have gotten the 6th & 7th picks?

I'm glad that they're having the league again. I just don't understand why it is at Bearden again. I didn't go to school in the Knoxville area, so I don't have an alliance to any certain school. But since Bearden did so well last year off of the concessions, it seems like the league should be alternated between different area schools so they can all get a piece of the pie.

I would not at all compare Mr. Little to O.J. Even though everyone he encounters may not forgive him, God can and will forgive him, IF he asks God to forgive him, and he repents and is truly sorry for his actions. Hopefully, Mr. Little has changed, and it is great that he is talking to kids. Maybe he can prevent someone from making a similar mistake. That being said, though, to say that he has made up for his mistake may be going a little too far.

Since there seems to be a good deal of conversation about Mr. Little and how he acted after the accident that killed the woman, here is an article that I found to help everyone make their own conclusions. Here is the address:

It sounds like Tennessee had help with this Maze.

Kenny is a traitor, if he ever really was a Tennesssee football fan. He didn't go to UT, so he doesn't have to be a fan, but he doesn't need to be one just when it is convenient for him, either. In my opinion, if he really was a fan he would've mentioned Tennessee in his interview during the Florida game, but he didn't. The clothes he was wearing didn't show which side he was for either - not even a Tennessee cap, but a Red Sox cap. I don't have a problem with him hanging out with Tebow, but all he had to say was something like, "I can't root for Tim today against the Vols", or when the sideline reporter started asking about Tebow he could've said something like, "I'm here to see the Vols today" - but he couldn't. All it really would've took would've been a "Go Vols", but I guess he can only say that when he is doing a concert in Knoxville or trying to get people in the Knoxville area to buy a concert ticket.

I just hope that all of these off-the-court issues don't hurt us in the recruiting wars. You know that the kids and their parents have heard about all the stuff going on over at UT - if not through the news, then from someone involved with the other teams trying to recruit these kids.
