UT defensive end Chris Walker comments on Lane Kiffin's announcement that he is leaving his position at the University of Tennessee to take a coaching job at the University of Southern California. Walker is standing among hundreds of students who came out to voice anger at Kiffin's departure.

What class Chris Walker showed in this interview. If all the players are like him Tennessee football will be just fine whoever the coach is. This young man makes me Proud to be a Tennessee Vol fan!

I'm happy for VOL NATION. They will be better off without Kiffin. We are back to feeling proud of Tennessee, an always tough rival. Kiffin may have brought the team back to national prominence, who knows? But he brought a certain amount of negativity with him, that we do know. Good luck, Tennessee.

I have know Chris since he was little!! I am VERY proud of you Chris for how you handled yourself. You made a bright spot in a dim situation!!! You have shown this class though since you played for BYS!!! GREAT JOB CHRIS!! and we will ALWAYS be Tennessee no matter what coach is here!!
