The skinny: Sentimore's commitment on National Junior College Signing Day in December provided a positive ending to what had been an extremely disappointing day. Though UT would have loved to add defensive tackle Damien Jacobs (Florida) and cornerback Otis Jacobs (Texas A&M), Sentimore gives the Vols a proven player who has had success in the SEC. At Alabama, he redshirted the 2009 season before seeing spot duty in 2010. He came on strong last season at junior college, where he recorded 39 tackles, five tackles for loss, seven sacks and forced a fumble.
