While speaking at a gathering of the Downtown Rotary Club at the Knoxville Marriot Tuesday afternoon, UT head football coach Derek Dooley was asked whether he was actively recruiting Penn State players in the wake of the scandal and resulting NCAA sanctions. Dooley said that he had been in communication with some of the players.
