The skinny: Bowles was one of the top targets for UT coaches when they began putting this 2012 class together and he quickly became one of its core members, committing early and maintaining a low-stress presence on the Vols’ big board. The chance for early playing time is there, and coaches haven’t been shy to tell Bowles that he has a good chance of receiving it. His size and speed make him an option at seemingly any spot on the Vols’ wide receiver depth chart.
