Smokey IX, the bluetick coonhound who's been UT's mascot since 2004, has been undergoing physical therapy at UT. Dr. Darryl Willis, one of Smokey's veterinarians, first noticed a problem at the Cincinnati game. Dr. Willis later determined Smokey has a partial-torn ACL, for which he is now being rehabilitated.
