Signing Day 2013: 31 vs. 365

The staff of the University of Tennessee football team had a mere 31 days to recruit the 2013 class. The assistant coaches talk about the challenges of such a short time to recruit versus what they will be able to do with a full 365 days to work on the 2014 class.
